Due to increased freight pricing, Autosmart has revised its freight charges to destinations around Australia. The new freight charges take effect as of the 20th of April 2022.

How we deliver
Due to the nature of our products, we use couriers to deliver your goods to your chosen street address destination. Please supply us with a street address for delivery of your order
What information do we need to deliver?
To speed up the despatching of your goods from our Warehouse, we need the below information from you.
- Full correct street address including Unit or Apartment number, Street number and street name, suburb, state and postal code.
- A phone number in case the courier needs to call you
- A valid email address so we can send your tracking number.
All goods sent by AutoSmart Retail Online are covered fully for loss or damage during transit. The cost of insurance is part of your $9.90 freight cost.
Where we deliver
We deliver to nominated home and business addresses Australia Wide.
**Some regional addresses are simply too far from the nearest town in which case they shall be delivered to the nearest depot for your collection.

We do not deliver to the below destinations
It is important that you provide us with a nominated home or business address.
We do not deliver to:
- Post Office boxes
- Parcel Lockers
- Island locations off the coast of Australia.
In the event where you are not generally home during business hours you can nominate your nearest Parcel Connect Agent address for us to organise delivery to that location. Parcel Connect has agents all around Australia and you may find this convenient so you can collect your goods after hours or in many cases on the weekend.
