Change Of Mind Policy

Our change of mind policy allows you to return a product if you decide it is not what you were after.

In the instance where you are returning an item for change of mind, you shall cover the costs of postage of the item being returned to us. It is important that you should obtain a tracking number or register the item being returned in the event of loss.

All items being returned MUST be in original – unused condition. If they are returned used we shall return the item to you.

Any items being returned for credit must be lodged via the below form within 30 days of the original date of purchase.

Before sending your item back to us ensure you have a note inside the parcel including your name and also your original order number. Without this we can not apply a credit to your account.
